Professional Behind Saluja Law
Attorney Paul Saluja is a highly skilled legal professional with over twenty years of experience serving clients in a variety of legal areas. Mr. Saluja is a 1988 graduate of West Virginia State University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. In 1993, Mr. Saluja graduated at the top of his class from Ohio Northern University, where he obtained a Juris Doctorate degree. During his time at Ohio Northern University, Mr. Saluja was managing editor of the ONU Law Review publication and placed 4th at the National Tax Moot Court competition.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Saluja accepted a position at Spilman, Thomas and Battle, a large regional law firm. As an associate for the firm, Mr. Saluja gained valuable experience in commercial litigation on both a state and federal level.
In 1994, Mr. Saluja left Spilman, Thomas and Battle and accepted a position as vice president of WTI Environmental Construction Contractor. During his time here, he managed several large projects successfully, which resulted in his promotion to general counsel/president. Mr. Saluja worked on projects with the likes of GE Plastics, the United States Army, and Alpha Natural Resources. During his time at WTI, Mr. Saluja gained a thorough understanding of environmental matters and successfully applied his education and experience to many challenging projects.
In 2011, Mr. Saluja left WTI to form Saluja Law Offices, where he now manages a successful legal practice. Since forming the Saluja Law Offices, Mr. Saluja has represented clients all across West Virginia, including individuals, businesses, multi-million dollar corporations, and government agencies. Mr. Saluja also has experience managing outside counsel and has negotiated favorable terms for multiple government and corporate clients across West Virginia. Mr. Saluja offers his knowledge and experience with complex legal matters to every client, irrespective of how large or small the case may be.
Throughout his academic and professional pursuits, Mr. Saluja has demonstrated his ability to work effectively under pressure.
